Stamp9G20 and PC13/FIQ/NCS6 pin as GPIO

Hello!

Can you please clarify availability of the PC13/FIQ/NCS6 pin for user function?
Is this pin used internally on the Stamp9G20 board or it is free and can be used as GPIO?

Arleady found in Linux sources - PC13 used as NAND FLASH ready pin.
