How much current draws Stamp9261 while it is idle (i.e. Linux booted and waits for user input).
Does supply current increase when CPU load is 100%?

The Stamp consumes 65 mA when in idle mode and 110 mA with 100% CPU load. (Both measured at 3.3V).
You find that also in the Chapter 10 of the Manual.
