Hi all,
Some weeks ago, I tried to get OpenJDK and Cacao cross-compiled to get it working on the PanelCard. I've never succeeded with this, and since there is the GNU Classpath with JamVM available I didn't had any motivation to continue. But now I'm still wondering if it could be possible and if anyone have ever done it? Theoretically it should be possible, but my knowledge of cross-compilation isn't that great.
One of the reasons why this could be really helpful is the fact that at that point, a full java jdk would be available on the PanelCard.
So I'm wondering if anybody here has tried it before and could share some information about how to do it... Or where to start looking for a good solution...
Thanks in advance,
Jan Pannecoeck

Re: OpenEmbedded and openJDK+Cacao
We will look into building packages for it, but we can't promise anything.
